INITIAL INSPECTION
A full home inspection will be performed on your rental property when you sign on to have us perform your rental inspections. This inspection takes around 3-4 hours and will include overview images of every room of the house, a termite (WDI) inspection, and any repair or maintenance concerns that need to be addressed.
PERIODIC RENTAL INSPECTION
This rental inspection is typically performed annually or as part of a Property Management Contract renewal. It provides you with an overview of the property's current condition in order to address any issues with past short term renters.
